Mindset Coaching is a form Life Coaching. This service is very different from therapy or counseling. A mindset coach does not give advice, but rather helps individuals take a close look at their beliefs and thought patterns. A mindset coach helps to unlock internal barriers such as limiting beliefs and negative programming so that individuals can become the best versions of themselves.

I get it. Deciding to get support in the form of life coaching can be a scary task. For many, the concept of getting support is still relatively new. Let’s take the nervousness out of the process. Here are a few questions to ask consider: 1. Are you looking for a transformation in life that you haven’t been able to get? 2. Do you desire more happiness or increased peace of mind? 3. Do you always provide advice or support to others but you need a safe space to be vulnerable and allow someone to support you? 4. Would you like to gain clarity on the big vision for your life? 5. Do you desire to make better choices and remove self-destructive habits? If you answered yes to at least three of these questions, you are a great candidate for life coaching.

Let’s face it, you’re already extremely busy. For added convenience, each session will be conducted by telephone or teleconference. However, if you live within a 20 mile radius of my office and would like an in person session, we can discuss these arrangements.

A coaching agreement nurtures the client-coach relationship. The contract sets clear expectations of your services and what you can expect. A contract is required for the 4 week program.

As your coach I’ll work with you to create transformation for your life. I would hope that you are happy with you services. If there are any issues or concerns, we’ll work together to identify resolutions and other helpful strategies; however, all sales are final.
